“The Platinum Goal”
The Platinum Goal was conceptually founded by Anders Wennesland a Norwegian soccer player, whose passion for soccer developed into an exciting journey of product development. The focus of the Norwegian was to develop a mini goal that was to be portable and fit into the trunk of a medium size car; a lightweight goal with sturdiness, easy and quick to set-up and most importantly ‘it feels like playing with a real goal’. Anders was determined and with stubbornness and dedication, spiced with desire, Anders successfully created the Platinum Goal. In cooperation with both the Norwegian and the Danish Football Associations a unique football goal with the best dimensions for training and match play was created. After a few years of development in Scandinavia, the company launched its first goal that was received with great admiration. And today we are pleased to announce the Football Associations in Germany Scotland, Denmark, Finland, and Norway are using the Platinum Goal and Professional Football Clubs such as Manchester United, Everton, Chelsea, AC Milan, Juventus and Heartha Berlin (to name a few) are also using the goal in their Academies.
During our research we asked ourselves “Why has Brazil won the Fifa world cup 5 times?” - “Why is South America known to have the best players in the world” - “ Why do children that grow up in the streets become better players than the children that grow up with the most modern training facilities”?
We concluded that the answer is such that playing with smaller goals in a smaller area with fewer players translates into more contact with the ball, up to 10 times more than traditional European or North American players.
The future trend of today’s youth development is played on small sided fields with fewer players such as 3v3, 4v4 and 5v5. It is proven that more contact with the ball through swift match play develops better soccer players and improves their technical skills.

“The LogoGoal”
The Platinum Goal is also a great marketing and promotional product for corporate or club sponsors. The program is known as the LogoGoal.
