We are confident in the quality of our product as we have specifically manufactured this patented design for user safety and durability.  Platinum Goal guarantees the quality of this product and assures you that you will be satisfied with your purchase.

In the event that you believe the Platinum Goal you purchased from 90Sport Inc. has any defect in material or workmanship, simply contact our Customer Service at 1-800-284-8079.

90Sport Inc. guarantees to you, the original consumer-purchaser, that our Platinum Goals are free of defects in material and/or workmanship for the life of the product upon purchase. All guarantee claims must be processed directly through PlatinumGoal.com.  If you are experiencing any problems, please contact us with any questions or concerns for prompt and accurate assistance. 90 Sport Inc. will repair or replace the defective goal and absorb shipping costs (standard ground shipping) for delivery to you of the repaired/replaced item. This guarantee does not include defects or damages caused by improper installations or operation, accidents, fire, flood, wind, hail or other Acts of God, extraordinary impact, vandalism, riot or civil disorder, misuse, abuse, exposure to harmful fumes, vapors or chemicals pollutants in the atmosphere or otherwise, and does not cover deterioration due to normal wear or tear. Unauthorized alteration or modifications of the Platinum Goal will void the Guarantee.

Damaged/defective Platinum Goal must be properly packaged and returned to Platinum Goal in order to be reviewed for Guarantee request.

Platinum Goal are defined as a product designed, manufactured and distributed by 90Sport Inc. and “life of the product” or “Lifetime” is defined as a term which meets the anticipated life of the Platinum Goal from the original purchase date. 90Sport Inc. makes no guarantees either expressed or implied other than as set forth herein and shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages with respect to the Platinum Goal that is covered by this guarantee; its complete liability and the owner’s exclusive remedy being limited to repair or replacement on the basis stated herein.  Some states or province do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.  This guarantee shall not apply to any Platinum Goals sold outside of the United States and Canada.
 
Repaired or replaced product will be shipped via standard ground as per PlatinumGoal.com preferred shipping agent in the USA and Canada. Expedited service is available at a cost, which is equal to the difference between PlatinumGoal.com standard service and user’s choice of expedited service and/or user’s preferred service provider.
